It embodies the aromatic freshness of white grapes grown on high hills, reaching up to 900 meters above sea level: predominantly Catarratto, blended with Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, and Moscato, to give the wine structure, aroma, and acidity. A lion, symbol of the family's history.
Made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, grown since the 1970s, it combines the savory flavor of whites with the fruity elegance of reds, offering a variety of pairing options. Freshness and balance, crisp aromas, and a light palate. The name recalls the variety's floral notes and tells the story of the rose varieties that have always been cultivated at Tenuta Regaleali.
Two international varietals (Chardonnay and a percentage of Viognier) have blended perfectly among the sunny hills of western Sicily: the result is a wine in which richness and roundness exist in perfect harmony.
White and yellow-fleshed fruit alternate, concluding with a delicate, savory finish.
Introducing Tenute Orestiadi's Grillo "Nissim." From the heart of Sicily, in beautiful Gibellina, a simple white wine yet distinctive in its aromas and unmistakable characteristics. Made with 100% of the native Sicilian Grillo grape, its bright, straw-yellow color brings the sun's rays to the glass. Its aromas are characteristic of the Mediterranean scrub, with fruity and floral notes of green tea, orange blossom, and bread crust. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, with a long, pleasant finish.
Introducing Tenute Orestiadi's Catarratto Kemar. From the Belice Valley, with its heady scents of sea breeze and yellow flowers, this pure Catarratto is ready to give you the wonderful sensation of the sea, vacation, and grilled fish. It sparkles in the glass with a luminous straw yellow. Furthermore, on the nose, it releases fruity and floral sensations with notes of Mediterranean scrub, white-fleshed fruit, peach, almonds, and orange blossom. Finally, on the palate, it displays great elegance and an excellent balance between freshness and smoothness. As for pairings, we recommend spaghetti with tuna and capers, pasta alla Norma, busiate pasta with Trapani pesto, and Sicilian caponata. Or, swordfish with capers and lemon, grilled prawns with spring onions and pancetta, or larded prawns on a chickpea cream. Also, spicy baby octopus stew, sardine meatballs with wild fennel, tuna steak with caramelized onions, swordfish carpaccio with radicchio and salted ricotta
A sparkling white wine whose name evokes a sensation of liveliness and effervescence, a sensation that is also confirmed on the palate. A cuvée that perfectly captures its terroir. Vinification follows the traditional method, with careful secondary fermentation in an autoclave at low temperature for approximately two months, followed by a further two months of aging on the lees. Tenute Orestaidi's "Pizzicanti" is an extremely enjoyable sparkling wine, especially for celebrations and social gatherings, characterized by a harmonious and distinctive aroma. On the palate, it offers great freshness and a delicate savory finish.
Introducing the Frappato "Mazal" from Tenute Orestiadi. Do you want to taste a full-bodied red wine with the heady aromas typical of beautiful Sicily, but you're not satisfied with the usual Nero d'Avola? We're ready to help you with a Frappato DOC, made 100% from the native Frappato grape, from Tenuta Orestiadi. In the glass, it displays a beautiful, bright ruby red with elegant purple highlights. On the nose, it is fresh, floral, and fruity with notes of wild berries. On the palate, it is well-balanced, smooth, and endowed with a lively acidity. The finish is pleasantly velvety, long, and persistent.
Tradition, history. An excellent interpretation of Sicily's premier red grape variety, with a distinctive Mediterranean character. It is the result of meticulous work, focused on achieving the best expression of the grape variety through careful, local viticulture, aimed at maximizing the vineyards' oenological potential. After manual harvesting, necessary to safeguard the integrity of the grapes, and subsequent temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine ages first in stainless steel (4 months), then in French oak barriques for 8-10 months, with a further 6 months in the bottle stored horizontally. The Nero d'Avola from the "La Selezione" line expresses the Sicilian wine culture through its unmistakable aromas of wild berries and morello cherry, mixed with spicy notes. The full-bodied palate, with good intensity and length, and the soft, enveloping body make it a wine of absolute finesse.
A distinctive and captivating red, at the pinnacle of Tenute Orestiadi's quality pyramid. It is the fruit of painstaking research and experimentation conducted in the Belice Valley to restore value and prestige to one of the most relic grape varieties of Sicilian winemaking tradition: Perricone. The grapes, hand-harvested in small crates at the end of August, are transported to the cellar and subsequently destemmed to best preserve the integrity of the skins. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the resulting wine ages for eight months in stainless steel, followed by an additional ten months in the bottle stored horizontally. With an intense purple-red color, reminiscent of the golden hues typical of the vineyards' soils, Tenute Orestiadi's Perricone is characterized by an aromatic bouquet of red fruits, mixed with spicy notes. A wine that stands out, expressing remarkable elegance on the palate, with a sumptuous and persistent finish.
A wine that expresses "serenity of mind," instilling a sense of immediate happiness in those who taste it. Tenute Orestiadi's PaxMentis Syrah comes from the vineyards of the hilly countryside of Gibellina, in the heart of Western Sicily, a region historically suited to wine production. The grapes, harvested in the last ten days of September, partially and naturally dry on the vine for approximately 20-30 days. After destemming and pressing, and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days, the resulting wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months. The aromatic bouquet reveals sweet notes of freshly picked red fruits, plums, and cherries preserved in alcohol, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. The palate is full and enveloping, with a sumptuous, particularly fragrant finish.
Its name is a reference to the precious Lake Biviere, a natural saltwater basin, a place of pure beauty where the fruits of its vineyards are lovingly preserved.
This unique terroir grows grapes that give life to great wines with the unmistakable flavor of the lake. A naturally sparkling wine created from the balanced union of the intensity of Moscato grapes, the elegance and freshness of Grillo, and the unmistakable aroma of Traminer.
Per Mari Grillo is a straw-yellow wine with greenish hues, an elegant and pleasant bouquet with hints of citrus, orange blossom, apricot, peach, jasmine, and herbaceous notes.
On the palate, Per Mari Grillo is crisp and mineral, savory and fresh on the finish.
Tra Dune tells the story of the unique beauty of a landscape nestled around Lake Biviere, a place where nature encounters sand dunes, lush vegetation, and the rare species that inhabit it.
Tra Dune Bianco, a blend of white grapes, is an elegant and harmonious wine. Characterized by pleasant floral and fruity notes, it is complemented by the freshness and savory character of our wines.
On the nose, floral notes of rose emerge, intertwining with hints of red fruit, particularly raspberry.
On the palate, it stands out for its lively freshness, thanks to a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances the softness.
A synthesis of golden earth and sea dunes in its name, Adorè exudes a warm, intense luminosity in the glass, reflecting an open, sunny land.
A wine of balanced elegance, it is characterized by the intense aroma of the Moscato grape, which balances beautifully with hints of lemongrass and jasmine, lending a pleasant fragrance to the palate. The finish reveals a slight minerality, while the savory character, a generous gift from the Biviere, creates an unmistakable and distinctive profile.
The Frappato vineyards lie within the Biviere Lake Nature Reserve. The grapes, grown in the wind and ripened under the Mediterranean sun, become Laetitya.
With a brilliant ruby red color, it stands out for its promising nose and intense aromas, which range, in an elegant balance, from under-ripe red fruits to the floral notes of red roses.
From the Biviere area, a wine of great freshness, intense, and with a distinctive savory character. A true joy in the bottle, Laetitya pours into the glass.
Casa Grazia Zahara is a Sicilia DOC produced from 100% Grillo grapes, grown in the Lake Biviere Nature Reserve. It is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks, and once fermentation is complete, it continues to mature on the lees in stainless steel for 4 months.
It has a straw yellow color, and on the nose it releases notes of orange blossom, jasmine, orange blossom, and herbaceous notes of sage and rosemary. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between elegance and freshness.
From the sandy soils of Lake Biviere comes Victorya 1607, a wine that combines the elegance of Frappato with the full strength of Nero d'Avola. Intense and enveloping with its ruby red hues, its color alone evokes the warm Sicilian summers, revealing aromas of fresh red fruit and floral notes of roses and violets on the nose.
A tribute to femininity in its entirety, to the land that generates with tenacity, and to Vittoria Colonna, a connoisseur of the wine that ideally christens our Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
