Aged 24 months in large oak barrels and partly in French barriques. Aged for 12 months in bottle before release.
Deep, intense ruby color, it imparts aromas of ripe black berries, blueberries, currants, and wild blackberries, along with hints of coffee, tobacco, and licorice. The vanilla from the wood is well-balanced and rounds out the noble, mellow tannins.

100% Ribolla Gialla. Matured in stainless steel. Savory and fresh on the nose. Mineral on the palate with a fruity finish.
100% Sangiovese. Pale cherry pink in color, the nose offers hints of freesia, raspberry, wild strawberry, and cherry, with a mineral finish. The palate is inviting thanks to its freshness and elegant salinity, with fruity aftertaste and a clean finish.
50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon. Fermented in stainless steel and then oak. Intense and complex on the nose. Fruity notes with toasted notes on the palate. Mineral and pleasantly persistent.
100% Bianchello. Crystalline and with a fine consistency. It powerfully expresses aromas of yellow rose, lime, orange blossom, and mimosa. The palate is full-bodied, with a fresh, savory edge.
70% Verdicchio, 30% Bianchello
Yellow in color with glints of bright gold, an intensely tropical bouquet of passion fruit, papaya, acacia, then marjoram, and saline minerality. A pleasant aftertaste of toasted almonds.

Matured in stainless steel. The nose is intense, with predominantly floral notes of hawthorn and acacia. Then comes fruity notes of white peach and apple. On the palate, it is dry, warm, full-bodied, and persistent.

Intense ruby red color with purple highlights. Very fruity aroma, with hints of ripe red fruit, fresh cherries, and underbrush. Rich, smooth, fruity, fresh, and balanced flavor, with smooth tannins.

Matured in wood. On the nose, notes of wild rose, violet, morello cherry, red berries, black pepper, and cinnamon. On the palate, it's dry and savory. The finish is persistent and beautifully balanced between spices and red fruit.

A bright ruby-colored wine, youthful, fresh, and harmonious, with a delicate bouquet of cherry and berry notes.

This Hefeweizen, with an opalescent golden color, offers a rich and sweet aroma, with fruity (banana) and citrus (lemon and orange) notes, accompanied by spicy (clove and cinnamon) yeasty, and floral notes. The taste is very balanced, with sweet malt and fruit flavors, and the ever-present spicy notes. Considered one of the most refreshing beers in the world, it finishes with a fruity and spicy aftertaste, with strong hints of wildflowers and honey.

Henninger is a quality lager brewed with only water, malt, and hops according to the Purity Law of 1516.
On the nose, it presents aromas of very fresh yeasts accompanied by subtle hints of malt, aromatic herbs, and a light floral aroma. It has a bitter, full, and pleasant flavor with distinct malt notes.
