Jack Daniel's, the iconic brand, has been produced at America's oldest registered distillery since 1866. Drop by drop, the brandy filters through a three-foot thick layer of charcoal, which makes it taste unmistakably rounded, sweet and distinctive. Jack Daniel's is enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a mix.
Jack Daniel's motto was "Every day we do it, we do it better." For him, that meant filtering his whiskey drop by drop through a ten-foot layer of sugar maple charcoal.
Seven generations later, the whiskey is still filtered the same way Jack did it back then.
The reason for this: The filtering gives it a distinctive smoothness that you'd expect from Jack Daniel's. The charcoal maturation makes Jack Daniel's what it is: not a bourbon, but a Tennessee whiskey.
This process refines the full flavor of the whiskey, even before it's fully matured in Jack Daniel's own barrels.
A laborious process that requires special attention and makes the whiskey a little more expensive to produce. Any other process, however, would not have met with Jack's approval.
Nose: Bourbon, honey, oak notes. Taste: Smooth and full-bodied, honey.
Jack Daniel's Honey is a great honey liqueur from Tennessee that combines the character of Jack Daniel's whiskey with notes of honey. It was first introduced in April 2011.
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey", is the most popular bourbon in the world. It has been produced according to an unchanged recipe since 1795 and matures for four years in typical white oak barrels. During this time, it acquires its light and multifaceted taste, which makes it so popular especially among young men. Jim Beam is an ideal companion in cocktails and long drinks".
Jim Beam is a bourbon of extraordinary finesse, not light, not heavy, more of a "baritone" among spirits. It is not different from the others because it is different, but because it is simply perfect. Quality, art and dedication are at the heart of Jim Beam.
For seven generations, the Jim Beam distillery has been distilling bourbon whiskeys famous throughout the world for their quality. And perhaps Jakob Beam already suspected in 1795 that his bourbon would still be on everyone's lips more than 200 years later. The secret of this success certainly lies in the well-curated recipe - or simply in the fact that the important things always stay in the family. Today, members of the Noe family continue to carry on the Beam legacy.
Nose: notes of vanilla, oak, strong rye. Taste: full-bodied, spicy, sweet, sweetish, notes of wheat, wood, fruit, hints of smoke. Finish: long-lasting, woody. Enjoy this finest pure rye, on ice or give your cocktails more depth and substance.
Jim Beam Rye has already pleasantly surprised many whiskey friends, because Jim Beam Rye is very different from its brothers in the Jim Beam Bourbon family: fuller, spicier and stronger. Silver medal in 2018 at the International Spirits Challenge in the category "American Straight Rye Whiskey" - 92 points, "Excellent - Highly Commended" in 2015 at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
Nose: wood, sherry. Taste: fine, soft, delicate, sweet, fruity, woody notes. Finish: Long lasting, delicate. You like it neat, with a drop of water or with a little ice. In summer Jameson is often mixed with lemonade and a little apple juice by the younger generation. In winter the "Hot Irish" or "Hot Whiskey" is very popular. Jameson is served with hot water, a little sugar and a slice of lemon.
Jameson is a mature whiskey and at the same time one of the most famous Irish blends. It is obtained from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley and is subjected to 3 cooking processes. The subsequent aging takes place in oak barrels from Spain, Portugal and the United States, in which sherry, port or bourbon have previously been matured. The whiskey is then married by the Master Blender from whiskeys of different ages and barrels to the famous Jameson blend.
Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition is the first whiskey aged in craft IPA beer barrels, born from the collaboration between two friends – “caskmates” -: Jameson master distiller David Quinn and a friend of his who founded a craft brewery in Cork. From their friendship comes a whiskey that combines an immoderate passion and the best Irish tradition.
Whiskey that expresses itself on herbaceous hints of hops, grapefruit and floral notes. Its aromatic peculiarities are confirmed on the palate, enriched by elegant spicy tones. The finish is persistent, with notes of fresh fruit and hops that leave room for barley sensations that make the finish characteristic.
Color: Amber. Nose: Rich, full, very sweet, exotic fruits, apricots, papaya. Taste: Creamy, lush, fruity. Finish: Long lasting, fruity notes, wood.
Jameson Black Barrel is the successor to the Jameson Select Reserve Black Barrel.
This blend is composed of small grain whiskeys and single pot still Irish whiskeys.
The aging takes place in American sherry and double-burned oak barrels.
The Black Barrel oak barrels are burned before and after the bourbon aging and thus give the whiskey the typically strong aromas due to the caramel residues.
Nose: Light, fruity, spicy, notes of vanilla and crème brûlée. Taste: Smooth, warm, slightly fruity, honey, notes of candy and chocolate. Finish: Long lasting, fresh.
The Bushmills Original is a blended Irish whiskey that matures in bourbon and sherry casks. It has been distilled 3 times and thus achieves its extraordinary quality and purity.
Nose: Very smoky, sweet, with seaweed. Taste: Full-bodied, sweet, sweet, with notes of salt and earth. Finish: Long lasting.
Laphroaig is a whisky distillery on the Scottish island of Islay and is owned by the Japanese American group Beam Suntory Group. The distillery buildings are listed as Scottish Monuments. In the production of Laphroaig, the malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig a particularly rich taste. This whisky is the original whisky distilled 75 years ago. Awards: - Gold medal in 2018 at the International Spirits Challenge
Nose: sweet, smoky, toffee, chocolate, cinnamon, phenol, citrus notes. Taste: full-bodied, peat, hints of tobacco and espresso. Finish: lingering, smoky.

Nose: Fruity, floral, spicy, with hints of oranges. Taste: Complex, smoky, spices, oak, honey. Finish: Persistent, spices, hints of vanilla.
Awards: - Winner of the category "Best Japanese Blended Whisky" at "The World Whisky Awards 2007".

With the construction of the Bulleit distillery Tom Bulleit realized a dream. He was inspired by his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit. Tom Bulleit quit his job, risked everything with it, but managed to revive the old Bourbon family recipe and, as he himself said, never regretted it. Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whisky uses only the highest quality ingredients: a blend of 28% rye, 68% corn, 4% barley malt and special yeast. The shape of the flask should remind of the era of the Revolutionary War and American soldiers.
Inviting and complex nose with buttery corn, chocolate, caramel and ginger with floral notes and vanilla. Light steamy charcoal with caramel and vanilla. Full and deep in the mouth with some sweet notes on the nose, which are well balanced by ripe fruit. Pepper and spices fill the finish, creamy on the palate with a long, dry and spicy finish.
Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon is the work of master distiller Eddie Russell and was launched in 2011. It matures for 6 to 8 years in selected oak barrels, much longer than all other whiskies in this "weight class". In addition, 81 American oak barrels were used for storage, which have the toasting stage "No. 4 char" - i.e. alligator. Compared to its Scottish colleagues from Ardbeg, Wild Turkey does not make such a fuss about this fact, so this Wild Turkey is not a lighter branch of the 101 like the 80s used to be, but a completely new whiskey from Austin Nichols. Gold Medal and Best in Class Award at the prestigious International Wine & Spirits Competition in London.
When the monks of the Augustinian order settled in the village of Grimma in northern Germany, they began to produce a medicinal herb bitter, with roots and berries famous for their beneficial qualities. A special blend of precious herbs and spices is the secret of this pleasant bitter, excellent as a digestive, consumed at room temperature.
Awarded in 2016 with the gold medal at the International Spirit Competition (ISW), as the best bitter.
Amaro San Simone, today prepared by the company of the same name, takes its name from a brotherhood of monks that existed in Turin in the 16th century in what is now Via Garibaldi. Scholars of natural sciences and astronomy, these monks were recognized as highly knowledgeable in the medicinal virtues of plants, their fruits and their roots.
In the early 1950s, the recipe for an ancient purifier was found in the archives of the Antica Officina Farmaceutica San Simone. To better meet the tastes of customers, the need to create a more pleasant version of this elixir was perceived: around 1960, after more than two years of laborious refinements, the current formula of Amaro San Simone was created in the same Officina Farmaceutica.
This traditional Piedmontese bitter, obtained with 34 carefully selected plants and herbs, has a delicious flavor, between sweet and bitter, and an unmistakable aroma.
AMARO FORMIDABILE is a natural bitter liqueur handcrafted with a maceration process of aromatic and medicinal plants in pure grain alcohol.
The singular aromatic complex of AMARO FORMIDABILE is born from the encounter of herbs, flowers, bark, roots and fruit peels: Red China, Chinese Rhubarb, Absinthe, Gentian, Bitter Orange, Star Anise and Muscat Rose are just some of them.
Rupes bitters are produced using the old traditional cold method.
The maceration allows to fully extract the properties of the herbs, among which bay leaves, fennel and Calabrian liquorice stand out, giving the distillate freshness, persistence of taste, character and pleasantness to the palate.
Rupes is a meditation bitter, with an amber brown color and a unique, unmistakable and balanced flavor; the aroma is intense with marked herbaceous notes.
207’s Amaro Locale is a tribute to the solid tradition of Italian amaro that transcends the boundaries of space and time, becoming ‘Locale Ovunque’, an attitude of feeling native to every place we live in and every space that hosts us.
The name ‘Locale’ therefore does not only refer to the origin, but to the way of living one’s existence in relation to one’s habitat and one’s places of origin, passage and arrival.
It was born as a tribute to the pilgrimage of saffron and the most precious raw materials that arrived in Italian ports via adventurers and sailors.
207 Amaro Locale takes its name from a thirteenth-century legend, according to which the friar Domenico Santucci clandestinely brought 207 saffron bulbs from Spain to Italy.
Santucci was originally from Navelli in the province of L’Aquila, where today the prized Zafferano dell’Aquila DOP flourishes, which in this bitter meets three other Italian excellences: the Piedmontese mint of Pancalieri, the orange peels of Calabria and the lemon of Sicily.
Amaro Locale 207 is a sweet liqueur with a fresh and light flavor with essences of the Mediterranean, a product that wants to express the Italy full of contradictions.
Jefferson bitters come from Calabria and are based on an ancient recipe created in 1871 by Captain Jefferson, who survived the shipwreck in the waters of Tropea and found refuge in the Old Customs Warehouse. There he had his inspiration: the use of a mix of botanical herbs and spices from that land to create the recipe for a unique and natural bitter.
Intense amber color and strong impact on the nose, with notes of gentian, rosemary, oregano and citrus nuances that give way to sensations of sweet spices in the background. Soft, smooth on the palate, well-balanced, with a herbal finish.
It ranks first in the “bitters” category (World’s Best Liqueur) and in the “herbal liqueur” category (Best Herbale) of the World Liqueur Awards 2018 in London.
