Tenuta Polvaro Prosecco D.O.C. Brut has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and has a fine and persistent perlage. The nose highlights notes of Golden apple, acacia flowers and white flowers. Palate: Dry, savoury, pleasantly harmonious and balanced, with a good concentration of fruit and elegant harmony. Appetizers, first courses and soups especially if based on vegetables such as asparagus, peas and courgettes, fish and egg dishes. Ideal as an aperitif with finger food and sushi.
Straw-yellow in color with suggestive greenish reflections, it is characterized by a delicate, pleasant and characteristic aroma.
