100% Chardonnay
L’Initial is an extraordinary and kaleidoscopic Champagne, produced by the living legend Anselme Selosse. Selosse is a name that excites every wine lover, thanks to original, complex, and uniquely interpreted bottles. The pursuit of oxidation as a virtuous element and the harvesting of fully ripe grapes have become a trademark of Anselme's style, soon imitated by other producers. Seven hectares spread across the most prestigious areas of Champagne, such as Avize, Ambonnay, Cramant, Ay, and Oger, all cultivated biodynamically. Rare bottles, each a different masterpiece.
100% Chardonnay for a unique and therefore much-discussed Champagne.
Produced using the Solera method, which involves stacking oak barrels in rows, starting with the topmost barrels. After a year, part of the contents is transferred to the barrels previously located at the bottom, and the upper ones are filled with new wine. This process is repeated year after year. Thus, the wine in the bottom barrels, ready for consumption, is composed of grapes from different vintages, and each year it develops distinctive flavors.
New 228-liter barriques are used for fermentation. The wine spends 12 months in these barrels, and periodic batonnage (stirring) is performed to promote uniform maturation. In June of the following year, the blend is assembled using the Solera method, followed by bottling. It ages in the bottle for at least 6 years.
Selosse's Brut Rosé is an exciting and multifaceted sparkling wine, considered one of the finest rosé Champagnes ever. Anselme Selosse has become part of the Champagne legend, and today he is probably the region's most respected and imitated recolant manipulant, thanks to expressions that transcend all previously known interpretations. Rich classic methods, with a deliberate focus on oxidation, and grapes harvested at full ripeness, allowing the fruit to express its full generosity. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, located among the area's finest crus, and vineyards managed strictly biodynamically, and vinifications that involve minimal sulfites. Unconventional wines that overwhelm those who approach them. Before and after Selosse!
The Champagne Brut Rosé is made from a blend of 90% Chardonnay from the Avize vineyards and the remaining 10% Pinot Noir from the Verzy and Ambonnay vineyards. The winemaking process follows the classic Anselme methods: after harvesting fully ripe, biodynamically grown fruit, the bunches are brought to the cellar to allow the base wines to ferment spontaneously. The Soleras method is used, meaning multiple vintages are present in the final wine. After blending and secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is aged on the lees for at least 36 months.
The Brut Rosé Grand Cru reveals a pale pink color of medium intensity and a lively, persistent mousse. The nose is rich and incredibly complex, both delicious and refined, offering notes of wild strawberry, custard, rhubarb, and orange zest. Intoxicating and captivating, it is in the mouth that it changes pace and surprises those who taste it: a full-bodied sip, made of fleshy and turgid matter at the same time, it is endowed with a prodigious length as well as a boundless gastronomic versatility.
A single cru, a single grape variety, a single vintage: Eugène-Aimé Salon's obsession since 1905. Initially, it was a fad for friends; in the 1920s, it even ended up shining as the "house champagne" at Maxim's in Paris. 2015 is the Maison's 45th release: a return to first principles, in pure Salon style.
100% Chardonnay exclusively from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger: the famous "Salon garden" (1 hectare) plus 19 micro-plots selected in the early 1900s. The sensory signature? The sharp chalkiness of the Côte des Blancs,
that saline trail that doesn't ask for permission.
Mild and rainy autumn, frost-free winter, humid and early spring. From mid-May: three months of full sun and record drought; providential rains in early August, harvest from September 8th with perfectly ripe grapes.
In a word: a bright and rich vintage.
Only Chardonnay, only initial fermentation in stainless steel, no malolactic fermentation to preserve tension and longevity; then very long aging on the lees, averaging around ten years. The declared dosage for 2015 is 6 g/L.
(Yes, the Salon severity is intentional.)
Pale gold color with greenish reflections; very fine bubbles. On the nose: white flowers, lime, hawthorn, with that trademark chalky undertone.
Full but vibrant palate: saline verticality, brilliant finish, very fine texture. Compared to many contemporary, softer Blanc de
Blancs (often with malolactic fermentation or oak), Salon 2015 focuses on purity and energy.
The Atoma Grand Cru multi-vintage blend from the Côte des Blancs offers fresh notes of citrus, green apple, and pear, with a strong minerality derived from the limestone soils. Aged on the lees for 20-32 months, it has a creamy texture with subtle toasted and oaky nuances. It balances freshness and complexity with less than 5 g/L of sugar.
This cuvée is multi-vintage (it uses a perpetual Grand Cru cuvée begun in 2020, with wines fermented in oak barrels from the Montagne de Reims). Each year, 50% is taken from the perpetual cuvée and blended with 50% of the current year's wine, aged in vats. This cuvée therefore captures a portion of each vintage since its creation: the estate's DNA. Complete malolactic fermentation. Bottled in July without fining or filtration.
Aged on the lees for 20-32 months. Disgorged at least 60 days before being released for sale.
A true icon of the House, produced in extremely limited quantities. Charles Heidsieck chose to create Blanc des Millénaires from exceptional Chardonnays, characterized by incomparable texture, aromatic complexity, and maturation potential, which will develop in each cuvée according to its own personality. This champagne, with its chalky minerality, is lively and has remarkable aging potential. Grilled and citrus notes reveal themselves from the opening, then delicately transition into a tasting of saline flavors. A dynamic and perfectly structured sensation emerges, leaving the palate with a long and rounded finish.
A beautiful golden hue reminiscent of a sunset. Rich and elegant aromas, a lovely floral freshness evolving towards white fruit. On the palate, a delicate and silky texture, enriched by fine bubbles.
Dom Pérignon Rosé was born with the aim of pushing the boundaries of creation, reflecting a profound desire for challenge, risk, and continuous experimentation. After nearly twelve years of slow cellar maturation, this champagne embodies a vibrant expression of chiaroscuro, exploring new creative possibilities. The Chef de Maison has made its vibrant energy the fulcrum of the Dom Pérignon Vintage Rosé 2009 blend, enriched with an exclusive presentation case. The blend highlights the aromas of Pinot Noir, with notes of raspberry, fig, strawberry, and cherry, enhanced by the mineral elegance and delicacy of Chardonnay. The wine is fleshy and enveloping, with a roundness and creaminess that accentuate its sweetness and voluptuousness. The freshness and crispness reminiscent of freshly picked grapes, combined with radical cellar maturation, give the wine an intense and balanced character, powerful yet light, like a beating heart.
This is the second Plénitude of an exceptional vintage. This vintage champagne, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, spent 17 years in the cellar, aging on the lees from 2006 to 2023. Dom Pérignon P2 embodies the pinnacle of energy.
Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.
Aging: 17 years in the cellar, from 2006 to 2023.
Tasting Notes: The color is intense gold with amber highlights. The nose reveals a rich and profound bouquet, with notes of dried fruit, sweet spices, and mineral hints. The palate is creamy and enveloping, with a vivid, fine perlage and persistent freshness.
Pairings: Ideal with elaborate fish dishes, white meats with aromatic sauces, aged cheeses, and foie gras.
Why choose it: An unforgettable taste experience for true connoisseurs.
In a solar decade, the contrasting climate of the 2008 vintage resonates like a singular nuance. Yet, it was thanks to the arrival of September that the miracle occurred. With perfect health and ideal berry ripeness, the harvests, which began on September 15th, were spread out to gather the best fruit at the perfect time.
This 2008 vintage champagne is the result of a secret blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The 2013 wine year was reminiscent of later vintages in the past. A cold, rainy winter followed by a cool, wet spring delayed vine growth by fifteen days compared to the ten-year average. However, the hot, dry summer, with record-breaking sunshine in the Champagne region, improved fruit quality. September rainfall gave way to an easterly wind, keeping the grapes healthy until the harvest, which began on September 28th. The 2013 vintage is characterized by a promising harmony between acidity and sweetness.
From the nose, the Champagne Vintage Brut Dom Perignon is intense, rich, and complex. The nose is subtle, with a rich olfactory palette. It is characterized by green notes reminiscent of eucalyptus, mint, and vetiver, and touches of yellow and orange reminiscent of mirabelle plum, apricot, and orange blossom. On the palate, it reveals an elegant personality, characterized by simplicity and precision. The wine's texture is delicate and velvety, rich in intensity. The 2013 Vintage's vivacity highlights its fresh character. This vintage pairs perfectly with citrus and zesty vegetal flavors, such as sorrel and rhubarb. The combination of these characteristics with iodine elements and acidic notes, such as oyster leaf, passion fruit, and sumac powder, is literally captivating.
The 2015 vintage, after a relatively mild winter, showed remarkable contrasts. Spring began with a cold spell, quickly followed by a prolonged heat wave from mid-May to mid-August, characterized by exceptionally sunny and dry conditions. This caused water stress and variable ripening rates in different areas. August 2015 was the hottest since 1961. Fortunately, rains ended the drought in the second half of August, restarting the ripening process. The harvest began on September 7th, under favorable sunshine. The excellent health of the grapes allowed for an ideal harvest cycle lasting nearly three weeks. The tasting revealed an extraordinary generosity, without excess.
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 on the nose: Initially a little dark, with toasted notes and cocoa powder. The nose then gradually opens up, like a floral bouquet. Lime leaves, jasmine, and finally peony, highlighting the wine's spicy character, along with anise and cardamom. A vegetal and fruity freshness massages the overall sensation with chlorophyll, orange peel, and green papaya. The palate is broad and horizontal. It spreads across the palate, delicate then generous. Tactile. It caresses and stimulates at the same time, more on the sides of the tongue than the tip. Fresh peach pulp and nectarine envelop sculpted bitter notes of citrus and gentian.
The 2013 Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, 70% from the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Chouilly, and Bergères-lès-Vertus) and 30% from the Montagne de Reims (Vernezay, Sillery, Taissy, and Villers-Marmery). Present in all of Maison Ruinart's cuvées, this emblematic grape variety reflects the rich diversity of the Champagne region's terroirs.
Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne represents the ultimate expression of the Krug philosophy, founded on craftsmanship and savoir-faire: a blend of 120 wines from over ten different vintages. Its extraordinary finesse is due to a minimum of six additional years of cellar aging. It takes over twenty years to create a bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée: the first Prestige Cuvée recreated annually, which transcends the concept of a vintage.
This bottle left the Krug cellars and was corked in winter 2023. This is the final stage, after more than seven years of cellar aging to achieve refinement and elegance.
This bottle, Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition, is an extraordinary blend of 146 wines from 11 different vintages, the oldest from 1998 and the youngest from 2016. To complement this vintage's wines, the House drew on its extensive portfolio of reserve wines, carefully selecting them to constitute 42% of the final blend.
Krug Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition is born from the 2016 harvest, a year marked by extremely contrasting weather conditions, almost a parody of the climatic pendulum. Spring was particularly wet, with rainfall 70% higher than average between April and June, creating difficulties in the vineyards and increasing disease pressure. However, starting with flowering, the climate improved, allowing the vineyard to recover and culminating in a heat wave towards the end of ripening. The long harvest, which took place from September 9th to October 2nd, resulted in the harvest of healthy grapes and the production of wines of great character and expression, regardless of the grape variety or origin.
Created from the 2016 harvest, Krug Rosé 28ème Édition is a blend of 32 wines from six different vintages, the youngest dating back to 2016 and the oldest to 2010.
Overall, reserve wines from the House's extensive collection make up 38% of the final blend for this edition of Krug Rosé.
The final composition of this bottle of Krug Rosé is: 58% Pinot Noir, including 10% traditionally milled Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 17% Meunier.
Krug 2011 is the expression of an unpredictable year split in two, with reversed seasons. A surprising story told by Krug, combining refinement and power, it was dubbed "Vivid Roundness" by the Tasting Committee.
Krug 2011 is a fascinating blend of extraordinary freshness: Pinot Noir (46%), Chardonnay (37%), and Meunier (17%).
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a classic in the prestigious world of Champagne, produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and Sézanne grapes. The former contribute a certain aromatic finesse, while the latter is known for its roundedness.
This champagne perfectly represents the undiminished purity of Chardonnay, which, after being fermented at a controlled temperature, is aged on the lees for 36 months.
The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with hints of white peach and citrus, enriched by pleasant floral aromas. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and balanced, with a rounded and silky finish.
Ruinart Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, mostly classified as Premier Crus, with 20% to 25% reserve wines from the two previous vintages. It is composed of 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley, of which 18% to 19% is vinified as red wine.
The color is a delicate garnet pink with light orange highlights. The effervescence is lively and light, with a persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and delicate, initially offering a palette of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). Notes of rose and pomegranate complete the complex and intense aromatic profile, dominated by primary aromas that are not overly assertive.
On tasting, the attack is crisp and full, enlivened by a sweet effervescence. The aromas of freshly picked red fruits are fully expressed. This balance combines a delicious roundness and a pleasant freshness, expressed with an elegant and invigorating touch of mint and pink grapefruit.
Champagne Brut Delamotte is the most popular and well-known label from this historic Mesnil-sur-Oger house, which has been producing fine Champagnes in the heart of the Côte des Blancs since 1760. Its richness lies in a wonderful estate, boasting splendid vineyards cultivated in the celebrated Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, and Oger. It is a traditional cuvée, predominantly Chardonnay, which lends floral and fruity elegance, complemented by the structure of Pinot Noir and the enveloping aromatic richness of Meunier. A perfect harmony of aromas, it produces a fresh and fruity Champagne, elegant and fragrant, perfectly expressing the house's style and the character of its terroir.
Brut Delamotte is a classic blended Champagne, made with grapes from various areas of the region. The Chardonnay comes from the Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs—Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, and Oger—while the Pinot Noir comes from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy, and Ambonnay, with a small percentage of Meunier completing the cuvée. Once harvested, the different grapes are vinified separately, with gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. After several months of aging, the vins clairs are blended to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Méthode Champenoise, with a period of maturation on the lees for approximately 24 months.
The Delamotte Brut Champagne is a classic label, the Maison's true calling card. It is ideal for understanding the elegant and harmonious style that distinguishes the entire range and is appreciated for its immediate pleasantness. This is a perfect Champagne for all occasions, particularly suited as a refined aperitif or to accompany appetizers or seafood. Its color is a pale straw yellow, permeated by a luminous, fine, and continuous perlage. On the nose, it seduces with delicate floral aromas, citrus notes of lemon zest, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, and nuances of bread crust. The palate is intense and satisfying, with ripe fruit and a refreshing, persistent finish.
The Brut Réserve is one of the cornerstones of the Charles Heidsieck brand, a true
expression of the Maison's style and character. A captivating blend of reserve wines (40%) and vintage wines, it contains the highest concentration of reserve wines—at least 10 years old—available in a brut cuvée. A brilliant gold color, with sweet aftertaste notes of honey and
the distinctive brioche aroma, it has an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness.
The selected grapes, together with the original crus, contribute to the complexity of the final product.
The Première Cuvée Bruno Paillard is the Maison's flagship, a champagne that immediately displays the finesse and elegance that distinguish the Maison. A beautiful straw yellow with bright reflections reveals citrus aromas and hints of small red fruits on the nose. On the palate, it is balanced and mineral, with a good complexity consistent with the nose and enriched with toasted notes.

Bollinger Special Cuvée champagne is the essence of a great house, synonymous with quality and long experience. Bollinger produced the first Special Cuvée over a century ago: since then, this Brut has become an icon among Bollinger champagnes.
The grapes used to produce it, grown in the most prestigious crus, give it multiple and unique flavor characteristics, creating a true excellence: Chardonnay grapes give Bollinger Special Cuvée a fine and elegant perlage, while Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier provide complexity, freshness, and lightness. The delicate blend of freshly harvested grapes and reserve wines, some aged for over 15 years, contributes to making this cuvée even more special.
The vinification process involves maturation on the lees (for approximately three years) and disgorgement, after which the Bollinger Champagne rests in the cellar for three months, resulting in a particularly aromatic and structured product.
The result is a golden yellow champagne that heralds numerous notes on the palate: spicy and fruity notes of peach, baked apple, and pear give the Special Cuvée a delightful persistence and vivacity. Bollinger Special Cuvée is an elegant Brut, with a perfect balance of power, vivacity, and structure.

The Phillipponnat house, universally recognized as one of the most important Champagne houses, was founded in 1522 in Mareuil-sur-Ay. This house had the privilege of being a supplier to King Louis XIV of France and, over the centuries, has maintained its international prestige. The village of Mareuil, practically a single street dotted with small winegrowers, is located in the heart of Champagne, at the point where the region's three major zones meet: Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs.
Philipponnat owns 20 hectares of vineyards located not only in Mareuil, but also in the municipalities of Ay, Mutigny, and Avenay, all magnificently exposed to the south. The pinnacle of the vineyards is the Clos des Goisses: 5.5 hectares of vineyards so well suited to the cultivation of vintage wines that they can be produced even in the most unfavorable years. The term "goisses" is the feminine form of "gois," meaning "very difficult to work." Indeed, the slope, ranging from 30° to 45°, is so steep that it makes the use of agricultural machinery impossible, so all work in the "clos" is done manually, as in centuries past. This small vineyard produces a historic label from the house, which became very famous in Italy, not least because it was Gianni Agnelli's favorite. Pierre Philipponnat purchased this wonderful vineyard in 1935 from the Visconti d'Ay family, and today it is considered a priceless treasure.
Today, Charles Philipponnat, heir to this glorious family tradition, continues his predecessors' work with great passion and expertise to uphold the house's name and prestige. The house's unique and inimitable style is the fruit of centuries-old expertise both in the vineyard and in the cellar, including careful and meticulous vineyard management, rooted in a profound environmental awareness, and a vast heritage of reserve wines aged in wood using the solera method. This is how Philipponnat Champagnes, renowned throughout the world, are born, among the finest expressions of their style.

The attack is full, vinous, and structured, yet balanced by a remarkable mineral freshness. The finish is long, savory, and elegantly spicy, reflecting the complexity of the single-varietal Pinot Noir. This Champagne is partially vinified in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the wine's tension and purity.

Fermentation in barriques adds complexity without premature oxidation. No malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees in bottle for 8 years in the historic Mareuil-sur-Ay cellars at a constant temperature of 12°C. The dosage for this Extra-Brut cuvée is 4.25 g/L.

"As the son of a wine merchant and breeder, I grew up surrounded by my family's viticultural stories. When my turn came, I took the keys to Maison Louis Tête and gradually expanded the estate. Forty years later, when the time came to hand over the reins, I turned to Cave Agamy, because we shared the same quality criteria and high standards. Today, Louis Tête wines are produced by the Agamy cellar masters with respect for the terroir and traditions, in complete harmony with my values: consistency, continuity, rigor, and passion. Now it's your turn to discover my family's story..." (Jean Tête)

The strong temperature range between hot days and cool nights proved crucial in ensuring a perfect balance between freshness and a unique aromatic complexity.
2012 was an unusual vintage, with hot months alternating with cold weeks starting in spring. From May onwards, the weather was stable. There were also some summer hailstorms, as well as some very hot August days, which led to the harvest starting on August 21st, an average date. The harvest, completed in a very short period of time, required careful selection of the bunches to ensure the highest quality wines.
A champion that exceeds all expectations. A pure Chardonnay, captivating, satisfying, and evocative. A great Riserva, the quintessential icon of Italian sparkling wines, Giulio Ferrari stands the test of time.
2015 HARVEST
The 2015 vintage ensured a warm and dry progression. Good weather accompanied the initial flowering, which then led, thanks to balanced rainfall in the spring months, to regular vine development. The following summer, particularly hot and marked by scarce rainfall, favored the ripening of exceptionally healthy grapes, but also necessitated intervention, especially in the lower-hill vineyards, with irrigation to support the plants. As harvest time approached, the harvest was concentrated in a very short period of time; To confirm that, from a qualitative point of view, the altimetric factor was decisive in defining the value of the grapes, special mention must be given to the fruits of the medium and high hillside vineyards.
The Giulio Ferrari 2006 Limited Edition is an icon of style that, after 16 years of aging in the darkness and silence of the Ferrari cellars, is brought back to light with the 2024 disgorgement.

2006 VINTAGE
An excellent vintage for the minerality, expressiveness, and finesse of the mountain grapes. The prolonged cold winter gave way to exceptionally warm and dry weather between spring and summer. The abundant rains in August replenished the water reserves, which were essential for the grapes ripened at high altitude to reach their best aromatic identity.

2005 VINTAGE
The delayed growing season and a hot summer lasting until August culminated in pre-harvest rains, which also resulted in marked temperature swings, ideal for the optimal ripening of the mountain grapes. Although the harvest was quantitatively below average, the quality of the mountain Chardonnay was, however, very good, particularly in terms of the balance between acidity and aromatic character.
Fermentation takes place in open stainless steel vats for 15 days, with slow maceration using part of the whole grapes. Produced with indigenous yeasts, no chemicals are used at any stage of the process. The freshly fermented wine is placed in steel vats where it matures and slowly absorbs aromas and fragrances from its natural sediment. The wine remains in the barrels for 6 months and is then bottled for the secondary fermentation process. It then ages for 4 months in the bottle, thus preserving all the characteristics of the grape variety. After bottling, the wine is stored in a temperature-controlled environment until it is released for sale.

For destemming, the bunches are transferred to the vat and then dropped by gravity, eliminating traditional pumping systems, which cause skin breakage and unwanted herbaceous notes. This is followed by a brief maceration of the grapes at 14°C to achieve the distinctive deep pink color and the extremely refined and harmonious aromatic profile that characterize the bottled Annamaria Clementi Rosé.

We are in Potok, where Frank and Alenka Vodopivec cultivate with passion and love native grape varieties with great expressiveness and character, such as this unconventional Ribolla Gialla, with its distinctive personality. The vineyards are surrounded and protected by woods and green expanses, caressed by warm sea breezes from the Adriatic during the day, which transform into cooler breezes at night, creating a marked temperature range. The result is intense, juicy, and fresh grapes that yield wines of great character.
Slavcek's Riserva is made from single-varietal grapes that ripen on marly soils, particularly suited to Collio winemaking. The 25-year-old vines are completely free of any chemical treatments; they are respected and managed according to the principles of organic farming, using only natural fertilizers and green manures to nourish the plants. Only in this way will we grow healthy, authentic bunches of grapes that best represent their terroir. After harvesting, the grapes macerate on the skins for 20 days, extracting flavor, depth, and nuance. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in oak barrels, thanks to the presence of native yeasts on the skins. The wine is then aged in new barrels for 24 months before bottling without fining or filtration.

to wood, undergoing malolactic fermentation and stainless steel at 16-18°C, before being blended.

La Sibilla is the project of the Di Meo family, custodians of five generations of centuries-old volcanic vineyards. Located in the Campi Flegrei, an enchanting spot north of the Gulf of Naples, it is led by Vincenzo Di Meo, a true master in the interpretation of the native Falanghina variety, both for new winemakers and for those who preceded them.

Rosa dei Frati is a high-quality Chiaretto del Garda, perfectly embodying the traditional graceful, fresh, and gentle wine enjoyed carefree on the southern shores of Lake Garda.
Its distinctive character is based on a production and stylistic technique, developed over time on the Garda Riviera and the Valtènesi hills, which requires the skins of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera grapes to remain in contact with the must for only a specific period of time. Also known as "the wine of a night," it owes its unmistakable delicate pink color and floral bouquet, made unique by the intriguing aromas of berries and wild strawberries, to the skilled human ability to capture the fleeting moment.

Teroldego is the symbol of Trentino winemaking, known in ancient times as "the gold of Tyrol." Indeed, among various hypotheses, its name seems to derive from Tirolo, the borderland where it has always been grown. It is a native red grape considered the ancient king of the region, as its presence is documented as early as 1300 in the Piana Rotaliana, an alluvial area where it is still concentrated, located on the northern border with Alto Adige. Deep, dark red in color, it is characterized by a bouquet of wild berries, accompanied by spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is meaty, rounded, and enveloping, and pairs perfectly with traditional Trentino dishes and beyond: cured meats, meats, and aged cheeses. The drying of the grapes and aging in wood give the wine a rich aromatic profile, expressive density, and persistence, making it ideal for pairing with stewed or braised red meats.
Bertani's Amarone Valpantena wine originates from the Valpantena hills, in the eastern part of the Valpolicella Classica area, just above the city of Verona. This Amarone complements the Classica label, created to showcase the unique characteristics of this valley, which yields grapes with a very fruity and spicy profile. The Corvina Veronese and Rondinella vineyards are Guyot-trained with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare on soils composed of calcareous-clayey marl, rich in iron minerals. The harvest takes place around mid-September, with manual picking and selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The healthiest and ripest bunches are left to dry in the drying rooms at the Bertani winery in Grezzana. Around mid-January, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, followed by fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 22°C. The wine ages for 30 months, partly in 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels and a small portion in barriques. Before being released for sale, the wine ages for at least 6 months in the bottle.

The 2022 "Sassicaia" Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC is a legendary wine, the flagship of the iconic Tenuta San Guido di Bolgheri estate in Tuscany.
This world-renowned red wine is made from a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc grapes, grown in vineyards located at altitudes between 100 and 400 meters above sea level, with west/southwest exposure. The soils are characterized by limestone areas rich in marl, as well as pebbles and stones, from which the wine takes its name, and a partial presence of clay.
During the 2022 vintage, Bolgheri's excellent microclimate ensured that the grapes maintained a good balance between freshness and acidity, despite the heat. Specifically, the autumn, characterized by lower-than-average temperatures and abundant rainfall, favored the natural elimination of pests and the vegetative shutdown of the vines at the end of November. Thanks to the persistent rains throughout the winter, the vines had a good water reserve. Subsequently, the slightly warmer-than-average early spring climate was abruptly interrupted by a brief but sudden drop in temperatures. This led to bud selection in early vineyards, allowing for proper pigmentation and ripening of the grapes given the reduced vine load. Despite the intense heat experienced in the summer, the vines showed no signs of suffering, furthermore, thanks to a drop in temperatures caused by heavy rainfall in mid-August, the ripening of the grapes was favored.
The 2022 Sassicaia grape harvest, carried out strictly by hand, began in early September, starting with the youngest vineyards, then moving on to the Cabernet Sauvignon grown at lower altitudes, and concluding with the hillside vineyards at altitudes exceeding 300 meters above sea level, the infamous "Vigna di Castiglioncello."
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are carefully selected on the sorting table, before being vinified separately. Destemming and soft pressing are performed. Temperature-controlled fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel using selected estate yeasts and concludes in late October. Macerations last 13-18 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation and then aging in French oak barriques: 40% new, 40% new, and the remaining 20% new. After 23 months, the wine is transferred to steel tanks to undergo a selection process, then assembled, bottled, and left to age for at least another 3 months in the bottle.

Malolactic fermentation took place primarily in oak barriques (70% new and 30% used). The wine remained in barriques in Ornellaia's temperature-controlled cellar for approximately 18 months. The iconic Tignanello and Solaia cuvées have shaped the modern history of Tuscan wine.
The Vineyard
The Tenuta Tignanello estate extends across 319 hectares, 130 of which are dedicated to the production of great Tuscan wines. The vines are planted on Pliocene marl soils rich in limestone and schist. The area's Mediterranean climate is characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night during the grape ripening cycle. The location and terroir of the Tenuta Tignanello vineyard are particularly suited to growing Sangiovese. Other varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
The Wine
The product of a selection of parcels, Solaia comes from a vineyard of approximately 20 hectares. Facing southwest, this terroir is located in the sunniest part of the vineyard on the Tignanello hill. The first vintage of Solaia was born in 1978. Produced in the IGT Toscana appellation, this exceptional Tuscan cru is produced only in great vintages.
The Vintage
The 2022 season was characterized by marked climatic contrasts. A hot and dry start until mid-August, with particularly high temperatures in June and July, was followed by a cooler and moderately rainy period. This meteorological evolution allowed for ideal grape ripening. The harvest took place under excellent conditions: Cabernet Franc on September 23rd, Sangiovese on September 26th–27th, and Cabernet Sauvignon on October 5th.
Vinification and Aging
The grapes are hand-picked with rigorous selection. After destemming and selection, the berries are gently pressed and then gravity-fed into 60-hectoliter truncated-cone tanks. Fermentation and maceration foster a balance between fruit and tannins. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels, followed by approximately 15 months of aging in new French oak barriques. The lots are aged separately and then blended before returning to the barrel to complete the aging process.
Grape Varieties
Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Sangiovese (10%), and Cabernet Franc (10%)

Morellino di Scansano DOCG is a Tuscan red wine produced in part of the province of Grosseto. It has a ruby red or garnet color with age; the aroma is intense, ethereal, and vinous, with notes of black fruits, morello cherry, and plum; the flavor is warm and dry, not overly tannic.
Made from the finest vineyards and carefully selected grapes, the Riserva Villa Cerna is one of the wines that best captures the Cecchi family's connection to their beloved home: Castellina in Chianti. A perfect balance capable of evolving over time.
