PURE NERO D'AVOLA
NATURAL WINE. Made from volcanic soils in the Solicchiata and Verzella districts of the Crasà district of Montedolce, this red wine is made from Nerello Mascalese and Grenache grapes. It undergoes short maceration on the skins and is aged in stainless steel. With an intense color and volcanic minerality, it pairs well with meat or vegetable dishes.
Grape variety: Grillo. Color: Pale straw yellow with elegant green highlights.
Nose: Very fruity, with notes of nectarine and peach and light tropical notes of mango and papaya.
Flavor: Full-bodied and generous, with a pleasant freshness, mineral flavor, and delicate liveliness.
NATURAL WINE. The Biancoviola white wine from the Aldo Viola estate is made from a blend of Grillo, Catarratto, and Grecanico grapes. The Aldo Viola winery has been run by the Viola family for over four generations. Care for the land and respect for tradition are the cornerstones of this winery located in the heart of Alcamo. Biancoviola is made from native white grapes: Grillo, Catarratto, and Grecanico. The vineyards are spread across the Alcamo, Guarini, and Segesta vineyards, in a terroir of clayey origin with limestone, approximately 350 meters above sea level. The winery operates exclusively under certified organic farming practices, fully respecting the land and traditions.
NATURAL WINE. Carricat from the Alessandro Viola Winery is a white wine made from Catarratto and Carricante grapes grown under certified organic farming. It macerates on the skins for 48 hours and then ages in fiberglass for 5 months before bottling.
Note di Bianco from the Alessandro Viola Winery is a white wine belonging to the Sicilia IGT denomination. It is made with native Grillo grapes, certified organically grown.

NATURAL WINE. The refermented white wine Brutto from the Aldo Viola estate is produced with 100% Catarratto grapes.

Catarratto Mosso from Cantina Sergio Drago is a sparkling white wine refermented in the bottle, produced from pure Catarratto grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel and subsequent aging in steel for approximately six months. Secondary fermentation in the bottle with the addition of frozen free-run must from the same wine.
