Botanicals perfectly blended around the wild juniper of Serrapetrona, for a London dry gin from the Marche region with an unmistakable peppery aftertaste!
Gin inspired by botanicals from Corsica and the surrounding Mediterranean area.
Various botanicals are used to obtain this gin, such as Calabrian bergamot, rosemary, basil, green olives and a pinch of sea salt.
On the nose it offers juniper and citrus notes, accompanied by herbaceous hints of basil and rosemary. On the palate it is dry and citrusy, with notes of salted green olives, rosemary and juniper berries.
Produced solely through artisanal distillation, it is characterized by nine botanicals produced at Villa Ugo, Cortona:
Tuscan juniper, coriander, Florentine iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena and sage.
On the nose: A fresh citrus and floral scent, with nuances that recall the Tuscan countryside.
