Notes: Light, distinctive Polish smoked wheat beer
A bottom-fermented, pilsner-style pale ale. Clear thanks to its long maturation, it's a simple and elegant beer with herbaceous notes from the European hops used. In addition to barley malt and hops, a special ingredient tied to the local area has been added: the Vairano giant lupin bean, a Slow Food Presidium.
A light, white, blanche-like ale (but with Weiss yeast for smoothness!), drinkable, and incredibly fresh (brewed with rye and wheat and spiced with ginger, pink pepper, and lemon zest). Tasting notes: fruity, spicy, bread crust.
Opalescent, with a creamy, dense head, it initially reveals, behind the wheat layer, its fruity horizon of drinkability. But as you get closer, there it is, fresh, thirst-quenching, drinkable, with clouds of yeast, herbaceous nuances, white bready aromas, and hints of spice. You recognize its path!

Murùn. Mulberry blackberries. The Po Valley was full of them. To support silkworm production, and especially along the Brianza-Pavia axis. The same axis that today unites the Stradaregina brewery and the Menaresta brewery. United to load their barrels with magnificent black mulberry blackberries: Stradaregina using its spontaneously fermented blend, Menaresta using its sourdough starter. Same project, same months of aging. Two souls, confronting each other!
Bombyx is the scientific name for silkworms. Bombyx represents the unclassifiable explosiveness of this beer.
CREATED IN COLLABORATION WITH THE STRADAREGINA BREWERY
A red beer based on Birra Madre with black mulberry blackberries. Tasting notes: like Birra Madre, but with the essential contribution of added fruit.

Breakfast Mild, brewed in collaboration with the Ligurian brewery Exuvia: we wanted to play with the typical "Ligurian" breakfast, featuring focaccia, sliced into strips, briefly dipped in cappuccino. It's a ritual reminiscent of meditation, performed while seated, calmly, listening to the conversations of those around you, muttering about the previous day's events or gossiping about the Milanese. A bit like at the pub, right?
The base is a Mild beer, an English style characterized by light roasted notes and a low alcohol content. To this base, we added some ingredients that are useful for our project: lactose and oats, for a softer texture like that of a cappuccino; and then the dry focaccia from @Tossini and the fantastic coffee from @Orsonero, two outstanding companies that have collaborated with us, providing us with artisanal products of the highest quality.
The result is a 4% Mild, very smooth, with delicate notes of coffee and hazelnut and that hint of “cracker” that immediately takes you back to the bakery.
A non-alcoholic beer with a fresh, clean taste, light malty notes, and a surprisingly balanced drinkability. Perfect for those who want to toast without alcohol.
