Naturally produced in Germany, it has an unmistakable bright color, is clear and is characterized by a compact white foam. Its elegant aromas are given by the noble hops used in the recipe and release pleasant sensations enhanced by the sweetness of Felsquellwasser®, the famous naturally soft spring water, which is used as it flows, giving a special taste and inimitable freshness.
Its amber and copper reflections reveal its typical and refined character, accompanied by a discreet but perfect malt note. It is an authentic high-fermentation specialty, but with a low alcohol content. It draws on a very traditional style to offer a rounded and malty drink.
An icon of the Weiss style, Franziskaner is a wheat beer with a blond color and a rich white foam. The aromas on the nose and palate are characterized by notes of malt, yeast, wheat and peppery nuances well balanced with the typical fruity notes (ripe banana and citrus). Pleasant to drink.
