A thick focaccia, incredibly delicious, rich and delicious, filled with the kitchen's own imagination. Twelve fantastic bites to share with a minimum of two people.
Hops are one of Altotevere's loves, but always approached without unnecessary extremism. Freezo is inspired by West Coast IPAs, Californian-Oregon versions of the famous style, characterized by a drier finish than the maltier, more caramelized East Coast IPAs. It's brewed with Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Poured into the glass, it's a bright golden color with a powerful aroma reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, it has just the right malty attack to support the powerful bitterness, but the beer is characterized by a notable dryness aftertaste.
A West Coast IPA, heavily hopped yet supported by a body that softens the mouthfeel, lending balance and complexity.
A slightly hazy golden color and a compact, fine-grained white head.
Resinous and fruity aromas alternate with floral and bready notes.
Sustained carbonation keeps the hop aromas alive and just enough to mask the malt notes.
A 7.8% ABV Double Dry Hopped Dip, cloudy and intensely orange in color with a fine white head. The nose reveals clean, distinct citrus notes of mandarin, lime, and yellow-fleshed fruit. An old-school Double IPA with a nod to the West Coast...
Inspired by the dominant style on the American West Coast, our Scrum combines a dry, agile body with the power of American hops. Dry-hopped with Cascade, Columbus, Citra, and Chinook, it creates an aromatic wall of citrus, resin, and tropical fruit on the palate and nose. The distinctive bitterness, typical of the style, completes the picture of a beer that has quickly become a classic, equally at home at the barbecue or at the pub counter after a late-night nap.
Santa Kauss, a Weizen-Bock style Christmas beer, is a complex blend of both styles.
A deep brown color, warm and rounded, it offers powerful sweet and fruity notes on the nose, along with a distinct alcoholic note. On the palate, it reveals malty, caramel, dried fruit, and banana flavors. The hop bitterness is well-balanced, leaving a dry finish, after a delicately acidic finish. A great beer for the holidays and cold winter evenings.

It's our tribute to tradition, when malt was dried over the heat of a fire. From a modern reinterpretation of an ancient practice, TOSCO is born: intriguing, structured, and characterized by aromas of smoked malt, hazelnuts, and caramel. Its secret lies in balance, that is, in expertly blending smoked malt with darker malts.
The result is a fine texture of malty flavors and a soft aftertaste that, thanks to a generous dose of noble German hops, rounds out the complexity of the body.
Tosco is an ideal beer to accompany meat, game, and mushroom dishes, as well as boldly flavored dishes like scamorza, speck, and salmon.

Becoming a child again is something for adults. And who among us doesn't miss those memories of the joy of eating candy? In this new recipe, we chose to recreate the same joy we felt as children eating our favorite lollipop! To do this, we focused primarily on the choice of malts and their balance: Pale malt is a base that makes room for Vienna malt and Carapils malt. The former provides a strong, sweet, rich, and caramelized aroma, while the latter is used primarily to achieve a dense, persistent head. We also add candied sugar at the end of the boil to complete our candy-in-a-can! During fermentation, a blend of Belgian yeasts helps us achieve the right aromatic profile: on the one hand, powerful sugary notes and dried fruit emerge, on the other, slightly spicy notes take hold, making the drink decidedly interesting. A beer for those who want to pamper themselves and feel like a child again in just a few sips!
Inspired by Rebel's beloved Tropical Bomb, the recipe has been adapted to create LiL Tropical Session IPA. The Hofbräu Original displays a beautiful golden color. Its aromatic intensity is decisive and its olfactory finesse is pleasing, revealing distinct malty notes, predominantly wort, expertly balanced by a dry herbaceous note, especially hay, that masks the fresh hop notes. Notes of honey and a light alcohol finish complete the Hofbräu Original's aromatic profile. On the palate, the malt dominates, gradually releasing biscuity and acacia honey sensations as the beer warms. The crispness is perfectly balanced, fresh but never invasive, and the body is more than light, though not entirely rounded, yet still leaves a sensation of a wisely balanced beer.
Regarding the bitterness, it is clear that the malt plays a major role. The hops, while discreetly present, give way to the sweet, biscuity flavor of Bavarian malts. The flavor balance is definitely sweet. The aftertaste isn't as rich as one would expect from most bottom-fermented beers. However, the aftertaste is decidedly long.

This wine is made from a unique vineyard located in Castel di Sette in the municipality of Mozzagrogna, on a gently sloping hill facing southeast, 7 km from the sea and 20 km from the Maiella massif. The vineyard from which this wine is produced is approximately 40 years old.
Winemaking
This wine is produced from the last vineyard to be harvested (late October), when the grapes have reached a state of overripeness, so it is only produced in the best years. The grapes are hand-picked and meticulously selected, placed in crates, and transported to the cellar to be destemmed and pressed. Temperature-controlled maceration lasts 30 days, followed by gentle pressing. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked into oak barrels where it ages for 24-30 months. Finally, it is bottled, where it ages before being released for sale.
lli De Luca Wine Characteristics
An intense ruby red in color, tending toward garnet with age, it immediately expresses notes of plum jam and dark chocolate with a tendency toward ethereal. On the palate, it maintains the complexity and roundness suggested by the nose, supported by the power of the tannins. It is velvety and soft, making it a perfect match for very rich sauces.
Food Pairings

Food Pairings
First courses based on fish, crustaceans, and mollusks
Producer: F.lli De Luca Winery
The grapes are produced directly on the estate from vineyards selected for their unique location, exposure, and soil and climate conditions, conducive to ideal ripening.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning by hand and placed in perforated crates. They are transported to the winery and placed in a cold room to cool, then destemmed and pressed. A 24-hour maceration on the skins follows. The must is then pressed to 0.4 atmospheres, after which selected yeasts are added to the free-run must. After alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at a temperature below 16°C, the wine rests on the fine lees for 180 days, “sur lié” (battenage), after which it is bottled.
Wine Characteristics
Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it opens with intense and pleasing aromas of white peach and tropical fruit, while on the palate it develops a full flavor accompanied by a strong minerality.
Food Pairings
Fish appetizers, fish and shellfish in general, excellent with fish soup; it also pairs very well with white meats with herb-based sauces.

Amaro Montenegro, an icon of the Italian liqueur tradition since 1885
The Amaro Montenegro recipe calls for the use of 40 aromatic herbs and a complex extraction and blending process that make the product unique and inimitable.
Once they arrive at the herbalist's workshop, the selected aromatic herbs undergo three main extraction methods: boiling, maceration, and distillation.
From this long and complex process, twelve mother essences are obtained, which, expertly blended, give life to the six aromatic notes that characterize the product.
The last and most important note is the "premio," the result of the micro-distillation of five aromatic herbs that seals the perfect symphony of aromas.
Jägermeister is made from a blend of 56 ingredients, including herbs, flowers, roots, and fruits of the highest quality, sourced from all over the world and processed through four different macerations to create the famous herbal liqueur.
