A bottom-fermented ale with an amber color. The aroma reveals hints of baking, bread crust, and a light caramel. A medium bitterness balances the palate, making it full-bodied and not cloying, making it an excellent accompaniment to meat dishes, but more generally to savory and flavorful dishes.
A top-fermented beer. Extremely drinkable yet distinctive with notes of honey and cereal; very fresh with hints of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and table grapes thanks to the flower and T90 hops used.
A top-fermented, amber-colored beer. The strong, lingering bitterness of tropical fruit and citrus, provided by American hops, contrasts with the sweetness of caramelized malts. Seattle is also a certified gluten-free beer, despite using 100% barley.
Born from the collaboration with Manfredi, food technologist and technician at Corimpex, it is a bottom-fermented dark beer, winner of the Gorizia homebrewer and Udine homebrewer competitions 2022. With a yeast strain originating from the Czech Republic and its hints of toasted bread and barley coffee, Dark Dana is a beer that wins you over with its simplicity, balance and elegance.
California Lager is a pale, golden-colored beer. It boasts bottom-fermented characteristics, despite fermenting at ale temperatures. The result is balanced yet full of character, where the clean aroma of malt meets the herbaceous, floral aroma of German hops. California is also certified gluten-free, despite using 100% barley.
A fruity, top-fermented beer with a double dry hop blend of American hops. A pronounced tropical fruit aroma heralds a very aromatic and characterful drink, finishing with a full body and balanced bitterness.
Gose is a hybrid fermentation beer (16 degrees centigrade) that is extremely drinkable: on entry in the mouth it is characterised by the great flavour given by the addition of 1 g/l of salt crystals during the boiling phase; subsequently the exotic component takes over with a nice fruity note thanks to the 5% of lime juice in fermentation; a finish of bread crust and cereal rebalances the sip.
Hop Revolution is a bottom-fermented beer with a golden color. It embodies all the characteristics of an IPA. A rather simple grist of malts helps further emphasize the central role of hops, not only aromatically, with aromas of tropical fruit and yellow flesh, even in bitterness, with a sharp and consistent presence.
Botanicals: juniper, hops, coriander, angelica, bergamot, pepper. Description: A fresh, balsamic, pungent, woody, and herbaceous gin, with light citrus notes enhancing the taste. Label: Dedicated to the iconic 1980s film, in which Beetle Juice thwarted the human race to bring peace to the spirit world, this spirit similarly seeks to strike and prevail over anyone who consumes it, like a curse.
