"I Monaci" from the Giraldi & Giraldi Winery is aged for 5 months in stainless steel, bringing out the luminous expression of the pure Magliocco grapes from which it is produced. A full ruby red with garnet highlights, it's almost impenetrable.
The nose is intense, quite complex, and refined. Licorice and cinnamon notes. The alcoholic note immediately reaches the nose. On the palate, it's dry, warm, and smooth.

The 2018 Don Onofrio, a red wine made from Magliocco grapes with 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, unlike the previous vintage, ages for 6 months in barrique.
It is dark and impenetrable in color, and the nose is complex with notes of ripe red fruits, distinct spices such as vanilla, pepper, and cloves, and a herbaceous, slightly quinine note. On the palate, it is rounded, opulent, and soft, yet savory, fresh, and with a characteristic sharp tannin, still slightly green, which will allow it a long and elegant life.

A luminous, intense straw yellow, this wine reveals aromas of pastry and coffee, cappuccino, soft butter, puff pastry, milk, and honey on the nose; exotic notes of papaya and white melon follow; on the palate, it is creamy like milk foam, very persistent, and has a full and satisfying finish.
Thanks to its smoothness, it can stand up to any pairing.
The grapes for this elegant and eclectic wine are harvested at dawn: the dawn crystallizes in the bottle with its coral hues, its scents of undergrowth, and the promise of a new beginning.
A very elegant coral pink, the bouquet highlights fruity notes, from ripe cherry to blood orange, through currant and black cherry syrup; it continues with beeswax and gentian root. On the palate, the fruit dominates once again, with a long trail of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, and extreme juiciness.
It is a highly drinkable wine despite its full structure, certainly a valid substitute for red wines with red meat dishes, perhaps with brief cooking or light marinades.
